Took my dog there today after he woke up yelping in pain, and we were in and out in an hour. The staff was very gentle with our dog, and everyone answered all our questions. Dr. Bishop explained the possible issue and treatment options in an easily understandable way. Given this was pet urgent care on a Sunday, the overall price was better than expected, including medication.

cannot say enough good things about this place. my dog somehow managed to eat 2 dish towels (yes i know) and needed surgery to remove them. dr. bishop and the staff was amazing and answered any and all questions i had! also, for an emergency surgery the cost was lower than i would’ve assumed. thankful for this place that saved my baby!

We received the most excellent care!! The team was so quick to save my dog! My dog ate a nicotine pouch. I called ahead, they gave me an estimate and said they will be ready for us when we arrived. Time was of the essence, I walked in signed a quick form and they took my dog to the back. They had the poison out of her stomach before I even finished the paperwork! Megan at the front desk was PHENOMENAL!! Friendly, helpful, and just so wonderful! Dr. Daw was so caring and kind! She worked diligently to save my baby!! I appreciated that they didn't go over my quoted amount and it was affordable. HIGHLY Recommend this clinic!!

My baby was sick and I walked in and only had to wait 15 minutes. The veternarian evaluated my dog with bloodwork and x-rays because he had no visual symptoms but 2 hours later was treated, diagnosed, and feeling better. I am so glad I brought him in when I did. Thank you! The Doctor and the Veterinary assistant. What I appreciated most was identifying my dog's illness accurately and quickly.

Wonderful supportive after hours resource for anyone having a pet facing a crisis situation. My dog ate something dangerous. By the time I got there they whisked my dog away immediately. They had already researched the item and its toxicity, showed me the research, and within 15 minutes my dog was returned to me safe. Meanwhile the people there could not be more kind.

We needed emergency care for our pup ( almost 12 ) on a late Saturday afternoon. We located Priority Pet Urgent Care through a referral from another emergency center who had a 6 hour wait. I called PPUC and Megan guided me through the registration process while my husband drove us there. They are at least an hour from our home so by the time we arrived, they had all the info they needed to begin to process our pup's care. The Vet Tech brought out a rolling cart as our pup was not able to walk at all or at least not very far. She kept her calm and took her straight into the assessment area. We waited about 10 min in the waiting room and were called in. The Vet Tech asked for signed permission to complete certain tests, etc. We were consistently kept informed. Dr. Jamie Bishop was the DVM and she was amazing!!! She was so patient, so caring and took her time explaining to us what exactly was causing the need for emergency care. Once the testing and treatment was completed, she explained further what to expect in the near future, the home medications, the need for a follow up visit with our regular DVM, Munford Animal Hospital, Dr. Drew Hanks, and she gave us hope that our pup could improve with this and future interventions. Very empathetic and encouraging and when we left we 3 felt 100% better. The fee was very reasonable for all that the TEAM needed to do to help our pup. I have referred 3 friends to PPUC. It is good to know that they are there if you need them:-)
